Legal Agreement
A solicitor approved management agreement is held between our owners/landlords and WML.P for a duration of 3-5 years depending on requirements and if initial work is required to refurbish and furnish the property for letting. Every landlord has different requirements therefore we are open to negotiations in regards to the terms and sections within the agreement.
Property Structure and Insurance
The Owner/Landlord Remains responsible for the Structure of the Property (including Boiler and Heating system and wiring) and Exterior Buildings and Structures.
Has to take out Insurance to cover their liabilities; for the Property structure full replacement value (including demolition, clearance and professional fees); and also loss of Rental Income. However, we can manage any changes required by the landlord using Our extensive network of contacts. This will be at the Owners cost but we will not charge an arrangement fee.
